Direct bookings · 102 & 203: free cancellation only before 00:00 Japan time on the date 30 calendar days before check-in. From that deadline, the cancellation charge is 100%, with no refund. The outstanding accommodation balance is collected 29 days before check-in at 16:00 Japan time; bookings made after that time are collected after confirmation. Example: for check-in on 10 December, cancel before 00:00 on 10 November (by 23:59 on 9 November). Collection is scheduled for 11 November at 16:00. All times are Japan time.

After the free cancellation deadline

After that deadline, cancellations, no-shows and early departures are non-refundable: the cancellation charge is 100% of the total accommodation price. This applies equally to rooms 102 and 203, for short and long stays.

Availability, minimum stay, maximum stay, guest limits and application deadlines are shown for the selected dates and plan. An enquiry alone does not confirm a reservation.

Your reservation

Provide accurate guest and contact information. Only registered guests may stay: maximum 4 in room 102 and 2 in room 203. Your booking confirmation and selected plan specify your reservation conditions.

Arrival & registration

Self check-in: from 15:00 on your check-in date; check-out by 11:00 on your check-out date, Japan time. A booking confirmation is sent first. Complete access instructions and door codes are emailed after full payment succeeds and sent again the day before check-in. Complete the required guest registration and identity verification. Room 203 is on the second floor with stairs and no elevator; room 102 is on the ground floor. Train noise may be audible.

Respecting the neighbourhood

No smoking or vaping indoors. Do not smoke on neighbouring property or surrounding roads/private roads, and never discard cigarette ends outside. No parties or events. Keep noise low from 21:00 to 07:00. Follow waste-sorting and collection instructions.

Other rules

Pets are not permitted, except assistance animals. Commercial photography or filming is not permitted. Follow the safety and equipment instructions.

Damage & problems

Report damage or a safety issue promptly. Where a guest is responsible, reasonable documented repair or replacement costs may be requested in accordance with the applicable terms and law. No blanket waiver of statutory guest rights is intended.

Information & purposes

We may handle guest names, contact details, stay dates, party details, reservation messages and legally required guest-register or identity information. We use these for reservations, guest communication, registration, access arrangements, payments, safety, accounting and legal obligations.

Service providers

Necessary information may be processed by booking platforms, Beds24, payment providers such as Stripe, and check-in providers such as maneKEY to provide the relevant service. These providers may process data outside Japan under their own privacy terms. We do not sell guest information. Other disclosure is limited to consent, service needs permitted by law, or legal requirements.

Payments & website use

Do not send card numbers or identity-document images by ordinary email. Use the designated secure payment or registration page when requested. This site is hosted on Cloudflare; hosting and linked services may process technical access data. Opening an external booking or map link takes you to that provider’s service.

Retention & security

We restrict access and retain information only for operational needs and applicable legal retention periods, then delete or anonymise it when no longer needed.

Optional website analytics

With your permission, this website and our Beds24 booking pages use Google Analytics 4 to measure page views, device and approximate region, website interactions, booking-page visits and completed reservations. Completed-reservation events include the apartment, language, booking source and reserved amount in JPY, with a pseudonymous reference to avoid duplicate counting. A reservation amount is not a payment receipt: payments, refunds and outstanding balances are managed separately in Beds24 and Stripe. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, card data, door codes or full booking URLs to Analytics. Google Signals and advertising personalization are disabled. You can refuse or withdraw analytics consent in the footer of this website or the booking page without affecting your reservation. Choices are stored separately on each domain.
